Target Engineering has almost 31,000 personnel on its rolls which include 5,000 staff. Average length of service is greater than five years for both staff and workmen. The company ensures a conducive environment for working and encourages continuous professional development of its personnel.
Marine Vessels
The company owns in excess of 35 Marine vessels - dredger, landing crafts, transportation barges, cranage barges, spud and jack up barges, tug boats, motor boats. These marine vessels are supported by a central Mussafah based Logistics and Maintenance Support Centre

Construction Plant, Machinery, Equipment and Vehicles
Target Engineering is fully equipped with self-owned modern construction plant and equipment. The huge inventory of construction plant, equipment, machinery and vehicles are supported by a state-of-the art plant, machinery and vehicles (PMV) workshop, which undertakes preventative maintenance based on actual utilization of the machines.
Fabrication
Target Engineering fabrication facilities include workshop in ICAD III( ASME/API Certified) under the banner of Target Steel Industries - Sole Proprietorship LLC. Fabrication includes steel structure, piping, process elements and other metal products besides catering to the pre-cast requirements and calibration / warehousing requirements of projects.
Camps
Target Engineering operates camps which comply with the Authority requirements for Labour Residences such as those from the Abu Dhabi and Dubai municipalities, ADNOC for Oil and Gas areas, and ZONES Corporation for those falling under their jurisdiction.
